is pleased to announce that the students will be performing Lar Lubovitch鈥檚 well-known work, Marimba, from Wednesday, April 13 to Sunday, April 17, 2016, at the Olmsted Theatre of AUPAC, 1 South Avenue, Garden City, NY. In addition to the choreography by Lar Lubovitch, this year鈥檚 annual Spring Dance 麻豆传媒映画includes new and restaged works by 麻豆传媒映画 Department of Dance faculty members Frank Augustyn, Orion Duckstein and Oliver Tobin.

The Department of Dance is honored to present a piece by one of America鈥檚 most versatile, popular and highly acclaimed choreographers, Lar Lubovitch. Lar鈥檚 dances are renowned for their musicality, rhapsodic style and sophisticated formal structures. His radiant, highly technical choreography and deeply humanistic voice have been acclaimed throughout the world. Lar Lubovitch has been hailed by the New York Times as 鈥渙ne of the ten best choreographers in the world.鈥澨�听

AUPAC is one of Long Island鈥檚 premier cultural arts venues for entertainment of all kinds.
